Compliance Administrator
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Clear Carrier packet
● Factoring setup & Broker Setup credit checks
● Freight Broker Packet setup with Shippers & Customers

● Setup meetings, events, trainings
● Standard Operating Procedures
● Audit invoices for any changes that occurred after the shipment was received from carrier
● Send invoice variances to the correct charge queue. (All In Brokerage, Carrier and Customer)
● Make sure the carrier has supporting documents for increased charges to our customers.
● Must be able to communicate between, All in Brokerage, Carrier and Customer teams.
● Must be able to understand customer contracts and carrier rules tariff.
● Responsible for working Return file and initials after shipment returns for documents queue
● Audit & send out daily loads
● Articulate notes in system to where everyone in the company can assist customer or carrier.
Qualifications:
● Minimum high school diploma required. Some college preferred but not required
● Previous Billing and/or Customer Service experience required
● Logistics industry experience preferred but not required
● Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
● Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, technical procedures or company memos
● Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, volume and density
● Ability to solve problem and solutions-oriented in situations where only limited control exists
● Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form. Understand and recognize consistent trends.
● Be proficient in internet software, Microsoft Word, Outlook and strong Excel ability.
Customer Service Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Welcome calls to carriers
● Tracking Carriers
● Answering phones
● Confirming appointments
● Assisting Freight Agents & Dispatchers
● Cold Calling & CRM when needed
● Administrative for Executive team assistant
● Creates and maintains vendor files
● Analyzes and records vendor invoices and invoice credits upon receipt of notices
● Prepares weekly Aging Reports & calls on A/R accounts
● Processes vendor and carrier payments
● Contacts carriers to research invoice discrepancies
● Maintains positive vendor/carrier relationships through constant communication and timely responses
● Creates and/or maintains files, documentation and procedures thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
● Assists with special projects including annual audit and tax requests, as necessary.
● Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
● Associate degree (A. A.), with some accounting experience or equivalent from two-year or 4 year College or technical school preferred.
● Six months to one-year related experience and/or training preferred.
● Attention to detail is critical in this role and errors must be minimal and inconsequential.
● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Must have excellent mathematical skills.
Sales Team Mentor/Leader
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee developmental skills of new Carrier Sales Reps
- Monitor call volume and carrier development numbers
- Teach proper carrier qualification and sales techniques
- Perform applicable HR and administrative duties
- Conduct monthly reviews
- Monitor and communicate market and capacity trends
- Proactively shift carrier development needs when applicable

Qualifications:

Dispatch Agent
